Application for approval of the Boom Logistics Ltd and CFMEU NSW Travel Tower and Mechanical Personnel Enterprise Agreement 2021.
Boom Logistics Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Boom Logistics Ltd and CFMEU NSW Travel Tower and Mechanical Personnel Enterprise Agreement 2021 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 28 February 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2024.
The Agreement covers the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union.
