1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Bookmakers Regulations.

3. Regulation 1

4. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Bookmakers Regulations 1985.

5. Regulation 5A, heading

   omit

   amounts,

6. Regulation 5A (1) and (4)

   omit

7. Regulation 5A (2) and (3)

   renumber as regulation 5A (1) and (2)
