Bondelmonte v Bondelmonte

In *Bondelmonte v Bondelmonte*, heard by Watts J of the Federal Court of Australia, the wife sought to inspect a number of affidavits. The husband, as an applicant, sought to set aside previous orders made on 4 July 2016. The dispute centred on the wife's entitlement to access specific affidavits, some of which were subject to confidentiality orders previously made by the Federal Court.
