I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Machinery Ordinance 1949.

Issue of boiler attendant's certificate

1. Regulation 39 of the Boilers and Pressure Vessels Regulations is

amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "$ 1" and substituting "$ 15".

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Boilers and Pressure Vessels Regulations is repealed

and the following Schedule substituted:
