Application for approval of the Bohle Pipe Fabrication Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2013.

[1] The decision ([2013] FWCA 3218, PR537135) issued by the Fair Work Commission dated 23 May 2013 is corrected as follows:

By deleting the agreement title appearing in the preamble:

“BOHLE PILE FABRICATION PTY LTD ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2013”

And inserting the correct title as follows:

“BOHLE PIPE FABRICATION PTY LTD ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2013”

[2] The decision is also corrected as follows:

By deleting paragraph [3] and replacing it with:

[3] The “Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union” known as the Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union (AMWU), being a bargaining representative for the Agreement, has given notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it. In accordance with s.201(2) of the Act, I note that the Agreement covers this organisation.
