HIS HONOUR: In this matter, I have heard from the	1
representatives. There does not seem to be all that much disagreement between the representatives but they have not had the opportunity of perusing the transcript and I cannot assist in that regard because I do not have it. But after they have

done that, the matter can be re-listed and dealt with as a

fairly short matter, I would have thought.

It was listed, as a matter of fact, today as a short matter.

It came onto the list late but, unfortunately, it has not been

resolved but, from what I hear, we can be confident that it
will be next time around. So I therefore adjourn the matter
to the Registry for a date to be fixed. I make no order as to

costs.
