BODYCORP REPAIRERS PTY LTD

v

OAKLEY THOMPSON & CO PTY LTD

[2017] HCASL 162
M35/2017
M36/2017

  1. None of the grounds in either application raises any issue of principle.  There are insufficient prospects that the proposed appeal from the decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria would succeed in either matter to warrant the grant of special leave.

  2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the applications with costs.
