1. These regulations may be cited as the
Boating (Port Stanvac Zoning) Regulations 1992 .
2. ThePort Stanvac Zoning Regulations 1983 (seeGazette 15 December 1983 p 1684) are
revoked.
3. In these regulations—"
controlled area no. 1 " means that portion of the sea at Port Stanvac delineated on the planin the schedule as controlled area no. 1;
"
controlled area no. 2 " means that portion of the sea at Port Stanvac delineated on the planin the schedule as controlled area no. 2.
4. A person who—
takes a boat into controlled area no. 1 or controlled area no. 2; | |
or | |
causes or permits a boat to enter controlled area no. 1 or controlled area no. 2, |
is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Division 10 fine.
