Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Boating (Glenelg Zoning) Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation four months after the day on which they are

made (see Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 section 10aa).

Interpretation

3. In these regulations—

"controlled area" means that portion of the sea at Glenelg delineated on the plan in the

schedule.

Note: For definition of divisional penalties (and divisional expiation fees) see Appendix.

Speed limit in controlled area

4. A person must not operate a vessel at a speed exceeding eight kilometres per hour in the

controlled area.

Penalty:

Division 10 fine.
