AN ACT to amend Section four of the Boat Licensing

Act, 1878.

1. This Act may be cited as the Boat Licensing Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1936, and shall be read as oue with the Boat Licensing Act, 1878 (42 Victorioe, No. 24), herein- after referred to as the principal Act.

2. Section four of the principal Act is repealed and Amendment of s. 4.

in lieu thereof a section is inserted as follows:—
