An Act to further amend The Boat Licensing Act,

1878.'

[Assented to 26th November, 1888.

HEREAS it is expedient to further amend The Boat

Licensing Act, 1878 : ' Be it enacted by His Excellency the

Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-

1. The twenty-first section of 'The Boat Licensing Act, 1878,' Amenamentof shall be read and construed as if after the word 'boats,' wherevernot. mentioned therein, the words vessels or steamers' had been inserted,
