Amended By-laws 2. The Board of Teacher Registration By-laws 1989 are amended as set out in these by-laws. Amendment of by-law 1.3 (Arrangement) 3. By-law 1.3— (a) omit ‘ FIRST SCHEDULE—FEES; ’ , insert ‘ SCHEDULE—FEES. ’ ; (b) omit ‘ SECOND SCHEDULE—FORMS. ’ . Omission of by-law 1.6 (Forms) 4. By-law 1.6— omit .

Amendment of by-law 2.2 (Application for registration and changes in registration) 6.(1) By-law 2.2(a)— omit ‘ Form BTR-R1 ’ , insert ‘ the form approved by the Board ’ . (2) By-law 2.2(b)— omit , insert — ‘ (b) Initial registration is to be for the period ending 31 December following the date of admission to the Register. ’. 4 Board of Teacher Registration Amendment By-laws (No. 2) 1991 ‘Retention of name in Register ‘2.5 (a)(i) Application for retention of a name in the Register of Teachers for the period 1 July 1992 to 31 December 1992 is to be made on or before 31 March 1992. (ii) Application for retention of a name in the Register of Teachers for a period of 12 months commencing on 1 January in 1993 or a subsequent year is to be made on or before 31 December of the preceding year. (b) The Board is to notify a registered teacher in writing of the retention of the teacher's name in the Register of Teachers for a period commencing on 1 July 1992 or 1 January in a subsequent year. ’.
