2 Board of Senior Secondary School Studies Amendment (No. 2) No. 382, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Board of Senior Secondary School Studies Amendment By-law (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Amended by-law 2. The Board of Senior Secondary School Studies By-law 1989 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Amendment of s.4 3. Section 4(i)— omit, insert— ‘ (i) for the Senior examination, a person— (A) who is aged 19 years or more in the year of candidature; or (B) who has completed year 12 in full-time schooling and obtained a senior certificate; may be a candidate for more than 3 subjects; ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule to s.12 4.(1) Schedule to section 12 (item (a)(i))— omit ‘ with a maximum fee of ninety dollars ($90) ’. (2) Schedule to section 12 (item (a)(ii))— omit ‘ with a maximum fee of seventy-five dollars ($75) ’.
