view to t h e appl icat ion of t he proceeds of sale or of t h e subs t i tu ted

p rope r ty in p rov id ing o ther and more convenient sites or erect ing or improv ing school bui ld ings the reon i n t h e same township or ne igh­ bourhood Be i t enacted by t h e Queen ' s Most Exce l l en t Majesty by

and wi th t h e advice a n d	consent	of	t h e	Legis la t ive	Counci l	a n d
Legis la t ive Assembly	of	N e w	Sou th W a l e s	i n	P a r l i a m e n t	assembled

a n d by the au thor i ty of t h e same as follows :—•
1. The Board of Na t iona l Educa t ion shall have power by any

deed unde r the i r corporate seal to convey by way of sale or exchange

any of t h e p rope r ty of t h e	Corporat ion.
2. The moneys or p roper ty received by or conveyed to t h e said Corpora t ion upon a n y such sale or exchange shall be he ld u p o n	t h e

t r u s t s and applied for t h e publ ic uses of t he Corpora t ion by provid ing o ther and more convenient sites or e rec t ing or improv ing school bu i ld ings the reon in t h e same townsh ip or ne ighbourhood to bo conducted unde r t he Na t iona l System of Educa t ion B u t no person

c la iming t i t le from t h e said Corporat ion unde r	any purchase or
exchange shall be bound to see to such applicat ion.
