2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 applies.

4 Amendment of Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015

Clause 6.18 Period housing area

Omit clause 6.18 (7). Insert instead:

(7) This clause ceases to have effect on 31 July 2019.
