1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan

2015 applies.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

[1]      Clause 4.3A Exceptions to the maximum floor space ratio and height of buildings

Omit “identified as “Period housing area” on the Built Character Map” from clause 4.3A (4).

Insert instead “in a heritage conservation area zoned R1 General Residential, R2 Low

Density Residential or E4 Environmental Living”.

Omit the clause.

[3]      Clause 7.6 Katoomba Precinct

Omit “on land identified as “Period Housing Area” on the Built Character Map” from clause 7.6 (11) (a).

Omit “Conservation Area” from the matter relating to Macquarie Road Conservation Area in Part 2.

Insert instead “East”.
