I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 4).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the land to which Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan
2015 applies.
4 Maps
or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
The maps adopted by Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended

[1] Clause 4.4A Site coverage and landscaping
| Omit “the proportion of site coverage to lot size” from clause 4.4A (1). Insert instead “site coverage”. |

Omit “landscaped areas”. Insert instead “landscaping and pervious areas”.
[3] Clause 4.4A (2)
Omit subclause 4.4A (2)–(5). Insert instead:

Insert “land within” before “a lot” in clause 6.1 (5).
[8] Clause 6.28 Rural and nature-based tourist facilities
Omit “solely” from the definition of small tourist facility in clause 6.28 (4).
[9] Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses
