1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 10).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to land to which Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 applies.

[1] Clause 4.1G Lot consolidation in certain industrial and environment protection
zones
Insert “Zone IN1 General Industrial,” after “that is in” in clause 4.1G (2).
[2] Clause 4.1G (2A)
Insert after clause 4.1G (2):
| (2A) | Development consent must not be granted to development on land to which this clause applies that is in Zone IN1 General Industrial unless the land (including drainage reserves and unformed roads adjoining any lots) has been, or will be consolidated to create a lot that has an area of land that is at least the minimum lot size shown for the land in Zone IN1 General Industrial on the Lot Size Map. |

Omit “in Zone E3 Environmental Management that is at least the minimum lot size shown for the land”.
