1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005

(Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land comprising the former Leura Dairy, being Lot 1 DP 1009510, Lot 1 Section 9 DP 5140 and Lot 2 DP 1009510, 36 Mount Street and 61 and 63 Kings Road, Leura.
