1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 27).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Leura:

(a)	Lot 8, DP 1066824, 171W Great Western Highway,
(b)	Lot 4, DP 1066824 and Part Lot 7, DP 626827, 2 and 4 Queens Road,
(c)	Lots 3 and 4, DP 545699 and Lot 6, DP 626827, 6–10 Queens Road,
(d)	Lot 19, Section 1, DP 5140, 14 Queens Road,

as shown distinctively coloured, edged heavy black and identified as “Living— General” and “Regional Transport Corridor (Road)” on the map marked “Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 27)” deposited in the office of Blue Mountains City Council.
