1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005

(Amendment No 26).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 447822 and SP 10795, being 65 and 67 Lurline Street, Katoomba,
(b)	Lot 27, DP 2946, being 171 Lurline Street, Katoomba,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 774340, Lots 3 and 4, DP 10191 and Lot 1, DP 844231, being 67, 69, 71 and 75 Waratah Street, Katoomba,
(d)	Lot 9, DP 255987, being 17 John Street, Lawson,
(e)	Lot 41, DP 249475, being 104A Douglas Street, Springwood.
