1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005

(Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to parts of Lot 100, DP 1139512, 14 Valley View Road, Blackheath, being part of the Blackheath Golf Course, as shown distinctively coloured, edged heavy black and identified as “Living— Bushland Conservation” on Panel A of the map marked “Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 21)” deposited in the office of Blue Mountains City Council.
