1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005

(Amendment No 18).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 5 and 6 and part of Lots 7–9, DP 4746 and part of Lot 2, DP 718861, being part of 23–25 Fitzroy Street, Leura, and comprising part of the Leura Golf Course, as shown distinctively coloured and edged heavy black on Panel A, and edged heavy red and hatched red on Panel B, of the map marked “Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 18)” deposited in the office of Blue Mountains City Council.
