1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005

(Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)

part of Lot 9, DP 1149116, 2–6 Benang Street, Lawson (previously known as Lot 9, DP 263794, 1A Honour Avenue, Lawson), as shown edged heavy black and identified as “Operational Land” on the map marked “Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 15)” deposited in the office of Blue Mountains City Council, and

(b)

Lot 2, DP 560105, 9 Staples Crescent, Lawson (previously known as part of 5 New Street, Lawson).
