1 Name of plan

This plan is Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 1991

(Amendment No 28).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone land to which this plan applies from the Residential Investigation Zone to the Environmental Protection and Residential Bushland Conservation Zones.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land being part Lots 10 and 11, DP 872340, No 179A Great Western Highway and 5 Baden Place, Blaxland, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 28)” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Blue Mountains.

4 Amendment of Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 1991

Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 1991 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of Map in Schedule 4 the following words:
