Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

6 June 2014 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1789

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 6 July 2014.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Blood and Tissue (Transmissible
Diseases) Regulations 1985.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule I delete "swollen glands and a rash." and insert:

both a rash AND swollen glands,
