1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blayney Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land described in items I59, I64, I78, I131, I327, I331 and I365 (including Lot 1, DP 668341) in Part 1 of Schedule 5 to Blayney Local Environmental Plan 2012 and certain land at 254 Millthorpe Road, Blayney, being Lot 1, DP 168844 and Lot 1, DP 931585.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Blayney Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Omit items I59, I78, I327 and I331 from Part 1.
