This Plan is Blayney Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 19, DP 244853 and Lot 7, DP 236443, 1 and 11 Beaufort

Street, Blayney.

4 Amendment of Blayney Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 in Part 2.
