The following local environmental plan is made by the local plan-making authority under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)

29 and 82 Ungarie Road, West Wyalong, being Lots 381 and 604, DP 753135,

(b)

Lot 1, DP 1132536 and Lots 67–75, DP 750615, Newell Highway, Wyalong,

(c)

34 Showground Road, West Wyalong, being Lots 1379 and 1380, DP 705311,

(d)

Lot 3 and Part Lot 4, DP 1207405 and Lot 266 and Part Lot 30, DP 750615, Compton Road, West Wyalong,

(e)

Lot 4, DP 752319 and Lot 1, DP 724512, Rankins Springs Road, Naradhan.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Bland Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

Amendment of Bland Local Environmental Plan

[1]      Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “(When this Plan was made this Schedule was blank)”. Insert instead:

1      Use of certain land at Rankins Springs Road, Naradhan

(1)

This clause applies to certain land at Rankins Springs Road, Naradhan, being Lot 4, DP 752319 and Lot 1, DP 724512 and identified as “1” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development for the purposes of function centres is permitted with development consent.

2      Use of certain land at Ungarie Road, West Wyalong

(1)

This clause applies to certain land at 29 Ungarie Road, West Wyalong, being Lot 381, DP 753135 and identified as “2” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of shops is permitted with development

consent.
