1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Sydney Region

Growth Centres—West Schofields (Townson Road) Precinct) 2016.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land known as the West Schofields (Townson

Road) Precinct:

(a)	Lots 5–8, DP 27536,
(b)	parts of Lots 44–47, DP 1175138,
(c)	Lot 1029, DP 1191446,
(d)	part of Lot 1, and Lot 2, DP 121538,
(e)	parts of Victory Road and Townson Road, Colebee.

4      Maps—Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015

The maps adopted by Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5      Maps—State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006

The maps adopted by State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
