This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Sydney Region

Growth Centres—North West Growth Centre) (No 2) 2020.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Hollinsworth Road, South Street and Astoria Street, Marsden Park, being Lots 23, 24, 25 and 37, DP 262886 and Lots 50 and 51, DP 1265695.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth

Centres) 2006 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved

by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
