1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Sydney Region

Growth Centres—North West Growth Centre) (No 2) 2019.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(a)	31 Brighton Street, Riverstone, being part of Lot 8, Sec F, DP 712,
(b)	41 Brighton Street, Riverstone, being part of Lot 9, Sec F, DP 712,
(c)	1 Bligh Street, Riverstone, being part of Lots 191 and 192, DP 1007,
(d)	certain land at Bligh Street, Riverstone, being part of Lot 195, DP 1007,
(e)	2 Bligh Street, Riverstone, being part of Lot 2, DP 1178963,
(f)	certain land at Kunic Street, Riverstone, being part of Lot 103, DP 1216448,
(g)	279 Railway Terrace, Schofields being part of Burdekin Road reserve and Lot 13, DP 1190259,
(h)	certain land at Quakers Road, Quakers Hill, being part of Lot 7, DP 4455,

(i)      certain land at Richmond Road, Marsden Park being part of Lots 1 and 2, DP 270819 and part of Lot 2, DP 1198299,

The maps adopted by State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth

Centres) 2006 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved

by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
