This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Sydney Region

Growth Centres—Marsden Park Precinct) 2017.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Marsden Park:

(a)	part of Lot 1393, DP 1205498 and part of Lot 1415, DP 1205499, Elara Boulevard,
(b)	part of Lots 1101 and 1102, DP 1191303, Elara Boulevard,
(c)	part of Lot 1103, DP 1191303, Elara Boulevard, Greygum Terrace and Northbourne Drive,
(d)	Lots 23–40 and 50, DP 270986, Syncarpia Street,
(e)	part of Lots 164, 165 and 172, DP 1191299, Watkin Crescent,
(f)	part of Lot 1270, DP 1205496, Watkin Crescent and Jennings Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth

Centres) 2006 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved

by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
