1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Sydney Region

Growth Centres—Marsden Park Industrial Precinct) (No 2) 2015.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 887–895 Richmond Road, Marsden Park, being part of

Lots 18, 19, 29 and 30, DP 1190560.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
