1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Sydney Region

Growth Centres—Marsden Park Industrial Precinct) 2017.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land known as the Marsden Park Industrial Precinct within the North West Growth Centre.

4 Amendment of State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006

(1) Appendix 5 Marsden Park Industrial Precinct Plan

Insert after clause 4.5A (2):

(3) The total gross floor area used for the purpose of neighbourhood shops on all land within Zone IN1 General Industrial and Zone IN2 Light Industrial combined must not exceed 3,500 square metres.
