This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Rooty Hill—

(a)

Gardner Street, being Lot 101, DP 771563,

(b)

Great Western Highway, being Lot B, DP 357003 and Lots 2 and 3, DP 135796,

(c)

John Street, being Lot 264, DP 1038716, part of Lot 12, Section 5, DP 8981 and part of Lot 1, DP 1014984,

(d)

Rupertswood Road, being Lot 100, DP 1061593, Lot 121, DP 825146 and part of Lot 11, Section 3, DP 8981,

(e)

Road Reserve, corner of Burns Close and Great Western Highway, being Crown Land Plan 13069–1603.
