1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)	Lots 1 and 2, DP 1193931, being 22 and 24 John Hines Avenue, Minchinbury, and
(b)	land to which Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 applies that is in Zone B5 Business Development.

4 Amendment of Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015

(1) Land Use Table

Omit “Industrial training facilities;” from item 4 of the matter relating to Zone B5

Business Development.

(2)	Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses
Insert after clause 8:

9      Use of certain land at 22 and 24 John Hines Avenue, Minchinbury

(1)

This clause applies to land at 22 and 24 John Hines Avenue,

Minchinbury, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 1193931.

(2)

Development for the purpose of office premises is permitted with

development consent.
