1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 81–97 Main Street, Blacktown, being Lots 25 and 3–5A,

DP 11349 and Lots 1–3, DP 202276.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 9:

10      Use of certain land at 81–97 Main Street, Blacktown

This clause applies to land at 81–97 Main Street, Blacktown, being

Lots 25 and 3–5A, DP 11349 and Lots 1–3, DP 202276.

(2) Development for the purpose of a car park is permitted with

development consent.
