This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Park Road, Seven Hills, being Lot 3, DP 226547.

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from the Table to Part 2.

Insert the following in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
