1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 237).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 5003, DP 1158929, Schofields Road, Rouse Hill, as shown coloured yellow, edged heavy black and lettered “5(a) General Special Uses (Cemetery & Crematorium)” on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 237)” deposited in the office of Blacktown City Council.
