1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 234).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land known as “Woodstock”, being Lots 423 and 428, DP 812674, and known respectively as 3 Dexter Place and 6 Hobson Place, Plumpton, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 234)” deposited in the office of Blacktown City Council.
