1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 233).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land, this Plan applies to Lots 1071 and 1074, DP 1119679, Riverbank Drive and part of Lot 1075, DP 1119679, The Ponds Boulevard, The Ponds, as shown distinctively coloured, lettered and edged heavy black on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 233)” deposited in the office of Blacktown City Council.

To the extent that this Plan removes a maximum retail gross floor area control, this Plan applies to the land within Zone No 3 (a) that is shown on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 202)” as so deposited, being the remainder of Lot 1075, DP 1119679.
