1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 231).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1 and 2, Section 2, DP 5094, 291–293 Rooty Hill Road North, Plumpton, as shown coloured blue, edged heavy black and lettered “3(b)” on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 231)” deposited in the office of Blacktown City Council.
