1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 230).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 601 and 602, DP 1015995, 1–3 Kilbenny Street, Kellyville Ridge, as shown coloured light scarlet, edged heavy black and identified as “2 (c)” on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 230)” deposited in the office of Blacktown City Council.
