1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 229).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land at 777, 783 and 799 Richmond Road, Colebee and Marsden Park, comprising, respectively, part of Lot 86, DP 752030, part of Lot 9, DP 976148 and parts of Lot 41, DP 1179063, as shown distinctively coloured, edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)”, “3 (a)”, “5 (a) (Drainage)” and “6 (d)” on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 229)” deposited in the office of Blacktown City Council.
