1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 227).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 617806, Powers Road, Seven Hills.

4 Amendment of Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988

(1) Clause 43 Development of Lot 1, DP 617806, Powers Road, Seven Hills

Omit “a banking institution loans processing administration facility” from clause 43 (2).

Insert instead “commercial premises”.
