1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 226).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 786901, 236 Richmond Road, Woodcroft, as shown coloured light scarlet, edged heavy black, lettered “2(a)” and marked “Clause 48” on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 226)” deposited in the office of Blacktown City Council.
