1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 220).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 11, DP 1084455 and Lot 187, DP 1007801, Old Windsor Road and Meurants Lane, Glenwood, as shown distinctively coloured, edged heavy black and identified as “2 (a)”, “5 (a) Drainage” and “6 (a)” on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 220)” deposited in the office of Blacktown City Council.
