Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988

(Amendment No 168)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 168).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)	to rezone part of the land to which this plan applies from the Light Industrial Zone to the Special Uses—Local Road and Local Road Widening Zone under Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (the 1988 plan), and
(b)	to remove from the zoning map supporting the 1988 plan a proposed road closure affecting the remaining land to which this plan applies.

3     Land to which plan applies

(1) To the extent that this plan rezones land, it applies to part of the roadway in Lamb Street, Glendenning, part of Lot 103, DP 793078 and part of Lot 1, DP 513245, Lamb Street, Glendenning, as shown edged heavy black and lettered 5 (c) on the map marked “Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 168)” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Blacktown.

(2) To the extent that this plan removes a proposed road closure from the zoning map supporting the 1988 plan, this plan applies to land at the corner of Owen Street and Plumpton Road, Glendenning, as shown edged heavy black on the map referred to in subclause (1).

4 Amendment of Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988

Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 1988 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 6 (1) the following words:
