Regulations 2002

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase certain fees in the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulations 1997.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 59 of
the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration

Act 1996.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2002.

Marriages Registration Regulations 19971

substitute—
